Lois Weinberger (1947 -2020) is one of the most important Austrian artists of recent years. He placed ruderal spaces at the center of his considerations and interventions. He began incorporating plants into his artistic practice as early as the late 1980s, making him one of the pioneer in a movement that took a new, non-romanticized look at the relationship between man and nature.
The film shares moments of inspiration and grace, portraying the artist’s work and legacy. It hosts intriguing collaborations, allowing the film to explain Weinberger’s works and specific projects, while simultaneously breathing on his rhythm.
